Tenancies, rent, maintenance and compliance documents in one place, for landlords and their tenants. Permissions are enforced by the database rather than the interface.

Access rules live in the database
Permissions in BAKORP Landlord are enforced by PostgreSQL row-level security rather than by the interface. If a screen is wrong, the data underneath it is still protected.
36 access boundaries, tested
A test suite checks every permission boundary on each change. It is how we found a flaw in our own rent-confirmation flow — and closed it before the product went live.
No third-party requests, no cookies
Fonts and scripts are served from this domain rather than fetched from someone else's, and nothing on this page reports back to an analytics provider. Your browser's network tab confirms it in about ten seconds.
